This combo also allow for 36 muffins if you do not want to bake the Carrot cake. Not cupcakes.

Included in the Carrot Cake combo is a tested recipe and method for the baking of the Carrot cake or the muffins.

Also included is a Butter Icing recipe with a variation in using the Swiss Cream Cheese Premix
