Cocoa Powder BT (dark)
This cocoa powder is dark in colour and the cake tends to have a deeper dark coulor. The taste can of this cocoa is closer to the dark chocolate taste.
We often use this cocoa as a mixture in the Linda's hot chocolate. We mix it to taste and for the cold winter days it is a superb drink.
