Try your hand at making “Hot Cross “buns – with a twist of course and some fruity tea breads and rings
BRING WITH FOR THE CLASS:
- Apron
- Dish cloth
- Tea towel
- 2 x large mixing bowl
- Warm blanket to cover dough
- 2 x baking trays (20 x 30cm) – standard Swiss roll pan
- 1 x 500g butter
- Container to transport baked goods
